Hog Head Cheese

Made from bone-in pork roasts and our own special seasoning blend.  The bone-in pork, once simmered down, provides the necessary gelling effect. While it cools, it gels naturally from the pork ingredients, so no artificial gelatin is used. Hog Head cheese is usually served cold.
